Forklift is a general-purpose mechanical product with large demand and large output. In the process of circulation, it generally goes through the link of warehouse storage. During storage, the performance of the forklift cannot be affected, so maintenance is required. Forklifts can also be stored in the open air, but must have rain and rust prevention measures. Usually forklift technical maintenance measures are divided into three levels.
1. Routine maintenance. Check the temperature and humidity in the warehouse, clean the dirt, mud, etc. on the forklift, and perform exterior maintenance.
Second, the first-level maintenance. After the forklift is stored in the warehouse for a period of time (3-6 months), it is necessary to carry out a primary maintenance, check the cylinder pressure or vacuum, adjust the valve clearance, check whether the thermostat, the components of the hydraulic system and the shifting of the transmission work. normal. Check the brake system and adjust the gap between the brake pads and the brake drum. Check whether the forklift generator and starter are securely installed, whether the carbon brushes and commutators are worn, and the tightness of the fan belt. Check whether the crankshaft and ventilation pipe are in good condition, and clean the oil filter. At the same time, it is also necessary to check whether the forklift wheels are securely installed, and whether the air pressure of the forklift tires meets the requirements. For those parts that are disassembled for maintenance, after reassembly, a road test should be carried out to make them meet the technical requirements.
Three and two maintenance. When the forklift is stored for more than half a year, it is necessary to carry out secondary maintenance. In addition to the above routine maintenance and primary maintenance items, it is necessary to add disassembly work and replace spare parts that cannot be used for raw embroidery. For example, remove the forklift water tank, diesel tank cover, forklift water pump and cylinder head, etc., remove rust, check whether the performance is reliable, etc. If the forklift is to be stored for a long time, use wood against the balance weight to avoid long-term load on the two rear wheels.
