1. Ignition should be moderate. The ignitability of diesel refers to the ability of diesel and air to ignite and burn by itself after forming a flammable mixture, usually expressed by "cetane number". The cetane number of light diesel oil used in forklifts is preferably 45-60. If the cetane number is too low, the diesel engine will work rough, and it will be difficult to start in winter; The drop leads to an increase in fuel consumption.

2. A certain viscosity is required. Its purpose is to ensure good lubrication of the fuel injection pump plunger under the premise of good spray and complete combustion.

3. Proper evaporation. The evaporability of diesel oil is expressed by the temperature of 50%, 90%, and 95% fractions, which reflects the performance of diesel oil from liquid to gas. The lower the temperature, the better the evaporation.

In order to ensure the normal operation of the diesel forklift, the box must be lifted. If the temperature permits, you can choose diesel with a high freezing point as much as possible, so as to improve economic benefits. For this reason, usually the freezing point of diesel oil is about 5 lower than the local low temperature. The performance indexes of different varieties of light diesel oil are basically the same except for the freezing point. Therefore, when there are insufficient containers in the oil unit, they can be mixed and used without affecting the quality.

How to Improve the Production Efficiency of Forklifts

Forklifts are transport vehicles that are mainly used for handling, loading and unloading, and transportation in ports, stations, and factory workshops. They mainly use diesel fuel, with high power, reliable performance, and better maneuverability and passability. Today I will introduce to you how to improve the production efficiency of forklifts.

Oil leakage may occur if gaskets, oil pans, valve covers and other parts with large area and not easy to fasten are used. Oil leakage occurs at the oil seal position behind the crankshaft, and the oil that flows out enters the clutch. While using oil, the clutch plates get dirty, creating slippage problems.

Replacing the failed oil seal: Improper installation of the oil seal, the journal and the edge of the oil seal are different, and the problem of oil throwing is prone to occur. After a long period of operation, part of the rubber loses its elasticity due to rubber aging, the sealing lip is damaged, and the self-tensioning spring fails. These will affect the effect of the forklift oil seal, so it must be trimmed according to relevant standards and replaced with suitable parts.

Tighten the nuts: The nuts at some positions of the forklift will become loose after long-term use. Too loose and the gasket may get oily if not tightened. If it is tightened too tightly, metal protrusions will form around the screw holes, and the screw will slide when tightened, causing oil leakage. If the plug for adding oil to the oil pan is not tightened tightly, or if it falls off after being put back into the oil pan, young people will waste oil, and heavy people will have the problem of "burning tiles holding the shaft".

Tire maintenance: Tread base rubber can be used to effectively avoid collisions and tire punctures. The wide sidewall design can improve the durability of the tire while providing good impact resistance.
