1. The main function of applying butter is lubrication and sealing. Therefore, some repairmen will apply butter on the cylinder gasket during the repair process, thinking that this can increase the sealing performance of the diesel engine. However, this is really wrong. Because if butter is applied to the cylinder gasket, when the cylinder bolts are tightened, some butter will inevitably flow into the cylinder. The remaining butter on the outside will also cause a certain gap between the cylinder gasket, cylinder head and the plane of the engine body after being affected by high temperature, which will reduce the original sealing of the cylinder gasket.
2. Never change the engine oil. The role of engine oil in front end wheel loader is particularly huge, and many repairmen attach great importance to it. They add it in full accordance with the standard requirements. However, many repairmen forget to check the quality of the engine oil and replace the deteriorated engine oil. Long-term addition without changing the engine oil will cause many parts of the engine to work in a poorly lubricated environment, and the wear caused will far exceed the normal state. Moreover, during the operation of the diesel engine, a lot of dirt will also enter the engine oil. If the engine oil is not changed regularly, it is easy to cause accidents such as burning of the cylinder sleeve and the shaft.
3. The cylinder sleeve and the piston are not combined and installed. Many repairmen think that new products should be standard parts when repairing. Therefore, when facing new cylinder sleeves and piston products, they often do not look at the specific size. This will cause the cylinder sleeve and piston products to be mismatched in many cases. When the largest cylinder is matched with the smallest piston, the gap between the two will be too large and the compression will be weak.
4. Inaccurate measurement between cylinders. The cylinder clearance should be measured in the direction perpendicular to the piston pin hole of the piston skirt. However, many repairmen will measure in other directions when measuring because they are not careful for a while. However, because the cross section of the skirt is elliptical, the cylinder clearance is not equal.
5. The bolts are tightened desperately. In the process of loader maintenance, it is not the case that the tighter the bolts are tightened, the safer they are. This is mainly because many parts have requirements for the torque of the bolts. However, many mechanics do not think so. They will tighten it as tight as possible, which may easily cause the bolts to break or the threads to slip.
6. When inflating tires when the tire pressure is too high, many repairmen do not pay attention to the problem of tire pressure. This can easily cause tire blowouts on small articulating loader in summer.
7. Add cold water when the water tank boils. When the engine is overloaded or the heat dissipation is poor, the water tank boils. The first reaction of many repairmen is to add water. However, if cold water is added at this time, the cylinder head and cylinder body will burst, so the engine should be stopped first and then water should be added after it cools down naturally.
