Forklift overhaul content and acceptance criteria
First, what does the forklift overhaul include?
The items that must be completed for a forklift overhaul mainly include: dismantling the whole vehicle to each spare part; cleaning, dedusting, and priming; adding lubricating oil, coolant, hydraulic oil, and brake oil. At the same time, according to the technical requirements and wear conditions of the various parts of the counterbalanced forklift truck, complete the repair of the following items.
1. For the power system, replace the following spare parts: cylinder liner, main bearing bush, connecting rod bearing bush, thrust plate, intake and exhaust valves, valve guide, push rod, tappet, camshaft bushing, bearing, cylinder head gasket, all Car paper pads, oil seals, oil filters, diesel filters, transmission belts, glow plugs, spark plugs, distributors, flywheel rims, friction plates, and all wearing and damaged parts. Overhaul the following spare parts: oil passage, water passage, radiator, starter, generator, pressure plate, fuel injector, crankshaft, carburetor, valve seat ring.
2. Transmission system:
1) Replace worn bearings, oil seals, tooth surface worn gears, thrusters and all damaged parts of the drive axle, overhaul the gear teeth, and adjust the gear clearance.
2) For transmission, replace worn bearings, oil seals, worn gears, and paper pads of the transmission. Overhaul the shifter and fork.
3. Steering system:
1) For the steering axle, replace the worn bearings, bushings at both ends of the axle, kingpin of the three-link plate, kingpin of the steering knuckle and damaged parts. Overhaul tie rods and ball joints;
2). Replace the damaged parts of the steering gear, and overhaul the steering pump;
3). Replace the oil seal of the steering hydraulic cylinder and roughen or bend the piston rod.
4. Braking system:
1) Replace the cup and damaged parts of the brake master cylinder;
2) Replace the cup or assembly of the brake wheel cylinder;
3) Replacement of brake shoes and damaged parts;
4). Replace the damaged parts of the parking brake.
5. Lifting system:
1), lift and tilt hydraulic cylinders to replace seals and brushed or bent piston rods;
2) 35 tons Forklift mast and slide, replace damaged rollers, adjust side roller clearance, and correct deformed mast.
6. Hydraulic system:
1) Test the multi-way reversing valve, monostable valve and oil pump, and repair or replace those that do not meet the technical requirements;
2). The oil pipes with serious damage or leaking joints of the hydraulic pipes shall be replaced.
7. Electrical system:
1) Replacement of the vehicle line assembly;
2) Replace damaged lamps and bulbs;
3) Replace all sensors and switches;
4) Replace all damaged instruments.
8. Assembly. According to the new car assembly process.
9. Paint.
1) Paint color separation according to customer requirements;
2) According to customer requirements or new car paint process.
Second, acceptance criteria for 7 ton forklift overhaul
1. There is no leakage phenomenon, and the power reaches the factory performance;
2. Test run and inspection. Inspection and acceptance according to new fork regulations and new vehicle inspection standards;
3. The minor repair process of the forklift is basically the same as the major repair, but the technical requirements are appropriately relaxed.
